Standard Delivery
Items not shipped via White Glove Delivery will generally be shipped via UPS and charged a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise value. Items that ship Standard Delivery.
White Glove Delivery
We offer White Glove delivery on applicable products for each order shipping to one address. Your furniture will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery professionals. You will be charged a flat rate of $375.00 if you are in the Orlando/Winter Park Area. Please see below for standard delivery information.
Preparing For Furniture Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify Bespoke Furniture of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frame due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Most furniture items that qualify for White Glove Delivery include delivery inside your home, where experienced white glove delivery service professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item, assemble it and place it in your room of choice. Please note that we do not unpack lighting, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.
An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your times and sign the delivery receipt.
