If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, mattresses, furniture, art, mirrors, and lighting. Any items that are not in the original packaging can not be returned. Unfortunately, galleries cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Bespoke Furniture Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
In Case Of Damage
It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 100% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 100% deposit will not be refunded.
Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
Stocked Non-Furniture Items
We accept returns for non-furniture items within 14 days, with proof purchase.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final sale items and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Credits and Refunds
- Taxes paid will be refunded
- Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit
- A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a corporate check will be issued and could take up to 15 days to process. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
